If it’s your first year with us, bring a copy of last year’s tax return and copies of social security cards for everyone claimed on the return.
Dates of birth for taxpayer, spouse and children.
Labels, envelopes and forms from taxing authorities.
W-2 forms, 1099’s and any other statements of income such as;
Interest, Dividend and/or Capital Gains Income
Business or Rental Income
IRA, Pension/retirement income
Unemployment Compensation
Social Security Income
Lottery or Gambling winnings
Cancellation of Debt notices
Common Adjustments and Credits
IRA Contributions
Student Loan Interest
Did you buy a Hybrid Vehicle?
Pay any Tuition for yourself or a dependent?
Are you a Teacher?
